Draigfflam Productions, 2017

Discovered Dumal through bandcamp and invisible citrus page and their riffs were certainly a nice surprise. Eight solid songs with furious drumming and fast well crafted guitar sequences. The production adds value to the finished product as you can hear every instrument perfectly without sounding polished and overly done. I don’t buy things on the spot because that’s reckless but I definitely bought this record after the first song.

«The Lesser God» is probably the most anti-christian propaganda I’ll listen to this year and I’m ok with it because it slays.
Black Metal has been alive and well in the underground, sometimes flirting with strong ideologies and politics and sometimes being cold, isolated and released on small northern European labels. Black Metal was never apologetic. Very kvlt.
